↩ Cancellation Policies
Regardless of the registration type (full, student, one-day, etc.), a full refund (minus the cost of the transaction) will be issued for requests made on or before February 1st, 2027. After that date, a 50% refund (minus the cost of the transaction) will be granted for requests made between February 2nd and April 30th, 2027. No refund will be issued after May 1st, 2027. All cancellations must be sent in writing to the Organizing Secretariat at registration.shmii14@collage-spa.it.
